After passing through the inner courtyard of the Funasaka Brewery, you arrive at an elevated and deep, open space – the restaurant “Ajinoyohei.” This dining establishment offers a stately presence appropriate to its status as provided by a sake brewer, an atmosphere of grace and comfort.
Whether it’s the rice cooked on the symbolic, large red traditional cooking stove, or the Hida beef or locally produced vegetables, the cuisine here is all delicious, and a perfect match with sake.
